About four years ago we started a photo fundraiser where kids can get their photos made with Santa and parents can get high-quality, professional images to use for gifts and keepsakes, all without braving the hordes and lines at the mall!

This year, we benefiting Project Angel Lunch, a local group that is working to end hunger for school age children in Forsyth County. A portion of the proceeds will also benefit housing and educational needs in the village of Bluefields, Jamaica. Both of these are near and dear to our hearts, and we hope you can come out and support this effort.

Santa Photo Fundraiser - November 19 - save-the-date for this 4th annual fundraiser to benefit the local community and the international community of Bluefields, Jamaica. Your kid meets Santa and gets a professional photo made, and YOU don't have to wait in line at the mall! Bonus!!

A couple weeks ago, we shot a fundraiser for our church, Morris Chapel UMC. The profits go directly into funding continuing work in the community of Little London, Jamaica and also to be used right here in the Walkertown community for various forms of assistance to those in need. These shots are the outtakes from the day...enjoy!!

Savanna-La-Mar, Jamaica

We've been to Jamaica once before and what had stayed with us most since then was the generosity that met us, some folks with SO little, and the good people we met that fed us physically, mentally and spiritually. This recent visit meant so much to TJ and I as we went to give back to the folks that had kindly given so much to us that first time. And, of course, we got more in return than we could have ever thought possible. One love!

We recently were on location in Savanna-La-Mar and Little London, Jamaica with our Young Adults group from Morris Chapel UMC of Walkertown, NC. Besides pitching in to paint, dig, build, teach, and otherwise work, our personal purpose was to document why we were there doing the work in the first place. Stay tuned for images to be posted soon from this trip!

A Good "Clause"

We worked yesterday with our Young Adults Ministry at Morris Chapel on a photo shoot fundraiser for our upcoming mission trip to Little London, Jamaica. The day started off with coffee, hot chocolate and fresh-baked cookies as refreshments for everyone. Santa Claus stopped in to visit with the kids (big and small!) and hear many Christmas wishes. One even brought his complete written list to make sure Santa didn't forget anything when the big day gets here. All in all, we had a great time getting into the holiday spirit, spending the day with friends and ultimately helping those in Jamaica that have so little.
